2. Exchange Process:

To proceed with exchange send us the product in original condition with secure bubble wrapped packing and send to the below address:

3. Shipping Cost:

The customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs (Rs. 200) for product exchange

Return Policy:

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@girijas.in or WhatsApp us at +919054420816.

Return Process for Damaged Products:
We will arrange for a pickup of the damaged item. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.

Non-Damaged Returns:
If you wish to return a non-damaged product, you need return the item to the following address within 3 working days. The product must be in its original condition, with intact packaging, refund will be given in form of store credit/discount code
